Courtesy of informing in advance and/or announcing withdrawal of significant liquidity?

I know for myself that being informed that liquidity has been withdrawn from a market affects my trading, so it would be a courtesy to be as aware as possible of actions in that regard, in my view. I can understand that there is no natural incentive to do so, but it would be nice. Certainly being above board about it would improve the taste in ones mouth, when encountering it. I know we do see the liquidity in the info screen, but nevertheless...

I try to telegraph my intentions when I make markets with a lot of liquidity. It's courteous to do so and to be clear up front. It encourages people to bet today instead of waiting until tomorrow.

But I kind of feel like traders should not necessarily see the AMM as a free trading partner that's always guaranteed to buy back your position if you change your mind.

I think it's crazy the site doesn't let you schedule liquidity withdrawal in advance. You shouldn't be "expected" to pay for "news at the end" of every market.

@Eliza A perspective I had not appreciated before. Thank you. There may be a differential created between experienced traders and newcomers, however. Perhaps it can't be helped.

@Eliza Just note that as a general case withdrawing from positions does aid calibration. As a general case.
