How is this going? Have you heard anything from your manager about it? Do you expect to get promoted during the midyear review?

@eeeeee oops I’ve been off manifold for a few weeks and forgot about this market. but in fact I did get the promotion so I’ll resolve this now (funnily enough I’m actually now under a different manager but that’s intra-firm command economy for ya)
