What counts as acknowledgment?

@Hedgehog oftentimes there is an Acknowledgments section in papers, otherwise it be in the text, or in the author list.

@o To clarify: citations of the paper wouldn't count, right? It has to in some way assign credit for the content of the paper to Galactica?

@vluzko Indeed, citations wouldn't count. That said, it's possible but unlikely that a citation would mean an acknowledgement.
