The Effective Altruism Global Conference in Washington D.C. will take place September 23-25. I am interested in this rental option, which is a former rectory: https://www.vrbo.com/349058?adultsCount=10&arrival=2022-09-20&departure=2022-09-27&unitId=349058 It is 1.5 miles away from the EAG venue, sleeps 16, and is ~$80/person/night iff booked for at least one week. It's the best deal on Airbnb or Vrbo on cost/location alone, and also is very pretty. I think this is well worth doing, and I will move to rent the place if at least 8 people I want to go with commit to going, or if Manifold decides to use this as an occasion for an onsite which I attend and help plan logistics for (in which case the rental could be booked from September 17 thru 28). This market resolves YES if I spend at least one night in this rental. I am starting low because I think this sort of thing often falls through for one reason or another. This market also serves as a classified advertisement looking for potential group members. Apply by leaving a comment expressing interest!

@noumena Haha maybe a smaller one, this one only has 16 beds instead of 30. Though it looks like it has a TON of common space, so maybe it could do 20 comfortably? 7000 sq ft is a lot!
