Resolution criteria

Criminal contempt of Congress carries a maximum penalty of up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000. This market resolves YES if either Bill or Hillary Clinton spends any time in prison during 2026 as a result of criminal conviction or court-ordered incarceration. This includes time served for contempt of Congress or any other criminal charge. The market resolves NO if neither spends any time in prison during 2026. Resolution will be determined by official court records and credible news reporting of sentencing and incarceration.
