This market resolves YES if the US Congress passes legislation that explicitly prohibits the joint ownership of Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and pharmacies, similar to the Patients Before Monopolies Act, by March 1st, 2025. Resolution will be based on official congressional records at congress.gov. The bill must be signed into law by the President to qualify for YES resolution.
