The person who serves as the Designated Survivor for the State of the Union Address on March 7th, 2025, will resolve YES. All others will resolve NO. Feel free to add responses, I only chose some of the most likely in my opinion.
In case it's not clear who was the designated survivor, the market will remain open for one week following the SOTU. If it's still not clear, "Undisclosed" will resolve YES.
