This market will immediately resolve YES if it is credibly reported that Rudy Giuliani has paid any amount of money to Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and/or Shaye Moss, whom he defamed following the 2020 presidential election, by the end of 2024.
Given that these payments could be confidential, especially if they are not the full amount, if it reported just that Giuliani has settled or otherwise resolved the claims by the election workers, this market will also immediately resolve YES.
To maintain the simplicity and predictability of this market, this market will end on January 1st 2025. If no credible reporting exists by then, the market will resolve NO even though it is possible at a later date it could be reported settlement payments were made in 2024, the resolution will not be reversed. Please ask any clarifying questions.
