Resolves to the amount of Senators that vote in favor of the "TikTok ban" bill. If it doesn't come up for vote in the 118th Congress, resolves N/A and all traders get their mana back. If the amount of Senators that vote for the bill is outside of the bounds (<35 or >80), resolves to the bound.
