Greg Abbott just passed a law that “creates a state crime for illegally crossing the border from Mexico.”
This will resolve as YES Texas police officers arrest illegal entrants charged with the new provision in SB4.
It does not matter whether it has been decided by the courts or not. If there is an arrest in violation of the feds, it will resolve YES.
