This question will resolve YES if police, fire, or medical emergency services are called to Lighthaven Campus (formerly Rose Garden Inn) between 2pm on Friday and 11pm on Sunday. An official vehicle or a person in uniform must arrive at the venue for this to resolve YES. If a call is made to a nearby location, but emergency vehicles park in front of Lighthaven, it will not cause this to resolve YES. A non-emergency visit, such as police responding to a noise complaint, will not cause this to resolve YES. If emergency services are called to Lighthaven by mistake, this will resolve YES, but if they are called somewhere else and arrive at Lighthaven by accident, that will not cause this to resolve YES.

Edge cases will resolve solely on my judgement, but I will not trade on this market.
