One possibility suggested by Netanyahu’s statement is that Israeli bombardment would be stopped in different areas of Gaza sequentially, to allow aid workers with the vaccines to move from one area to another.

I don’t know, this doesn’t sound like a cessation in fighting to me. If this truly comes to fruition (and I’m pretty doubtful), we’ll have to judge Israeli’s actions as much as their words.

Deciding to not bomb a section of Gaza, while continuing to bomb the rest, is not a ceasefire.

In practice if this happens Hamas would start using the aid worker ceasefire areas for launching rockets, so I doubt it would happen (although them being temporary and forcing Hamas to keep moving might make them vulnerable enough for this to be worth it).
