@mattyb can this be resolved NO?

@SusanneinFrance why No? Biden’s term is still going

@mattyb “This will Resolve NO when any member of Biden’s cabinet leaves for any reason (permanently, not just for a temporary amount of time).”

@SusanneinFrance it’s odd, the WH website still lists her, but basically everywhere else says she’s gone as of March 22nd. My criteria is very clear, this Resolves NO.

“Retirement and Resignation "For the last three years, I have fully embraced HUD's mission to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all. The people HUD serves are those who are often left out and left behind. These are my people. They serve as my motivation for everything we have been able to accomplish. For that reason, it is with mixed emotions that I announce my resignation effective March 22, 2024."

-HUD Secretary Marcia L. Fudge“

NYT Re Marcia Fudge sec HUD

“Jeffrey D. Zients, the White House chief of staff, had asked all remaining cabinet secretaries last fall to either commit to staying for the remainder of Mr. Biden’s term or move on right away so no major positions would be vacant during an election year. A White House official, who asked not to be identified discussing personnel issues, said Ms. Fudge made that commitment at the time but felt compelled to change her mind given her mother’s age.”
