When the US federal minimum (nonexempt) wage increases, from the current value of $7.25, what will the new federal minimum wage be?

If the next change to the federal minimum wage is a decrease (or full elimination), this will Resolve to $7.50. If the increase is above $20, this will Resolve to $20. This will Resolve to the closest $0.50, so $8.35 => $8.50, and $8.75 => $9.00.

Market will extend, as needed.

A history of minimum wage increases:

The 2007 amendments increased the minimum wage to $5.85 per hour effective July 24, 2007; $6.55 per hour effective July 24, 2008; and $7.25 per hour effective July 24, 2009.
