Resolves YES, if a player is the top trader (most profit in a resolved market) because of an in-game action that intentionally hurts themselves.
Resolves NO, once the game ends.
If there is disagreement about "intentionally hurts themselves", we can poll the players about it.
For example in this market, Austria could have bought many YES shares and leave Serbia for Albania in game.
