President Biden just signed an AI executive order which requires NIST to provide AI "red team" standards.

Safety standards. The National Institute for Standards and Technology will set standards for “red-team testing” before an AI system is released. Federal agencies will apply those standards to infrastructure and national security. New standards also will be developed for biological synthesis screening. (source)
