Resolves to the person that receives the most votes in the 2024 US presidential election (not necessarily the winner, since the US president is not decided by the popular vote).

I set the question to resolve on Jan. 20, but I will resolve early if enough states report vote tallies before that date, such that one person would have the most votes even if the entire population of all non-reporting states voted for another person. If not enough states report vote counts by Jan. 20 I will resolve N/A.
