Almost embarrassed to ask, but how can I create Free Responses and Permanent Markets?
I can't see them as options.
Are only certain users allowed to create such markets? Are the options hidden somewhere and I couldn't find them?
This market has 4 parts:
Will I figure out how Free Responses Markets are created?
Will I figure out how Permanent Markets are created?
Will I be able to create Free Responses Markets by the end of the year?
Will I be able to create Permanent Markets by the end of the year?
Resolves YES only if all 4 are true.
