A by-election will take place in the House of Commons constituency of Rutherglen and Hamilton West in Scotland if the recall petition against the sitting MP, Margaret Ferrier, is successful. Ferrier was elected as an SNP candidate, but was suspended from the party after breaching COVID-19 lockdown rules. This market resolves to YES if an SNP candidate wins the by-election, NO if it is won by a candidate from any other party or an independent, and N/A if the recall petition fails or the by-election does not take place for any other reason.
