The answer needs to be to within some reasonable distance of the exact location, let's say around 50 m. I will use this as the exact location bf709a342217c80e1db205b116250c77f1adcec4f33257e1fa1baef349383c0e (hash of the coordinates with some salt added).
The camera is pointing almost exactly to the south, maybe slightly to the east.

@light matching on those wackily placed windows took twenty seconds to find the right area. Then orienting myself to the right place at the street like 60 seconds more. Then another 30 figuring out Ihad read the terms right and could max out haha.
@HenriThunberg oh well. I only tried lens on the main building. Hard to find an image I took that doesn't get immediately solved with lens or something that isn't covered anywhere so it's too hard.
