I'm not sure if I like this or not.

Pros

• User retention: you don't leave the site (aside from viewing poll results and signing in)

• Broader perspective: a user might enjoy having the current market status in their peripheral while answering the form.

Cons

• Ugly: I feel this worsens the user experience on manifold

I think a possible resolution would be to change how embedding a manifold poll works. I think a user should have the ability to embed an interactable manifold poll in their question description that can be voted on without leaving the current page. Would be easy code wise to just use the existing poll infrastructure to add a create poll button that makes a poll at the same time as your question and sticks it in the description.
