Let's play Civ6!

Anyone can add instructions. Instructions can be composite, but are executed atomically (either fully or not at all). Upon market close I will try to interpret and act out the instructions in the game starting from the highest ranking instructions and progressing downward. Instruction that will obviously never be valid will be removed and resolve N/A. If an instruction doesn't make sense to me, if it is not (currently) possible to execute or if it is incompatible with a higher ranking instruction (fully or partially) it will be skipped. Once all instructions have been iterated over, I will go back over the list of skipped instructions to check if they are now possible to execute, if so they will be removed from the skipped list. This will be repeated until not further actions are possible. Instructions to retire or otherwise explicitly end the game early will not be executed and resolves N/A.

Executed instructions will resolve YES, skipped instructions will resolve NO. I reserve the right to (mis)interpret the instructions, but will try to be as conscientious as I can.

Once all instructions have been executed the turn will end. If units still have movement points after all instructions are executed the turn will be skipped for them. If there is still some action needed in order to end the turn, I will make a random choice of said action in order to progress.

Market will close at an arbitrary time between 18:00 UTC and 24:00 UTC.

Next turn:

@komplexkonjugat may I see the following views:

  • Scores, Detail view

  • Great People view

  • Reports > Gossip. If multiple pages, filter on City.

  • Toggle strategy view; empire lens, search for "Tribal Village" -> Zoom in on the Laurasian island west of Craphole specifically, but if there are TV's (hehe) elsewhere, a zoom cut of those would be great too.

Can I also get the following pieces of info (no screenshots needed):

  • GP/turn rates for all civs with any GP points in these contests:

    • Great Scientist race

    • Great Merchant race

    • Great General race

    • Great Writer race

  • Cost to levy Mohenjo-Daro army (if that's knowable)

  1. Set civic target to Divine Right.

  2. If possible, purchase Isaac Newton with Faith.

  3. Swap policy cards:

    1. Conscription -> Veterancy

    2. Colonization -> Serfdom

    3. Inspiration -> Strategos

  4. Bartholomew - if possible, upgrade to Legion.

  5. Craphole - add catapult to build queue after archer.

  6. Eleanor - set destination six hexes west, two northwest.

  7. Floyd - set destination to the copper hex two rows north.

  8. Guillaume - fortify.

@MattCWilson Unable to purchase Isaac Newton with Faith. Unable to upgrade Bartholomew to Legon, only man-at-arms (as far as I can tell)

@komplexkonjugat Hmmm. We have the iron, we have the funds (pretty sure - what’s the gold cost to get a man-at-arms)?

@MattCWilson Haha, ah, frig… man-at-arms obsoletes Legion, that’s why. Gosh darnit. Ok, duly noted - what is the gold cost for a Man-At-Arms?

Change Miltary Policy to "Bastions"
bought Ṁ10 Change Miltary Polic... NO

This feels like the right next Military Policy if we start a war. Right now, my thinking is to go with Veterancy b/c we have two harbors going, and that production discount will be nice over the next few turns until we have baddies showing up at our cities.
