Basically I have Blue Cross Blue Shield TX. We are not in Texas and the hospital was not covered for the birth (unlike what we originally thought). I have tried to workshop with claude and there are not a lot of strong options to argue against the insurance ruling. I probably will try some anyway and I am gathering documents/evidence to start to make the arguments to both insurance and the hospital
