I might miss it, so this resolves YES if someone has a Banned tag on their profile while concurrently in Masters before close and proof is posted in the comments. If it happens but nobody posts proof in the comments by close, this resolves NO. Resolves as soon as proof is posted, even if they have been unbanned since the proof was acquired. If the proof seems potentially fraudulent and the person is not showing as banned, I'll ask someone who can verify the ban for verification that one had been applied. They only have to be both in Masters League and Banned simultaneously for one second to qualify.
