Resolves NO if there is no Manifest 2 ticket purchase page posted by close date, there is but tickets cost >25,000 mana, or tickets cannot be purchased with mana.

Name of Manifest 2 is not relevant. If they call it something else but it’s basically a second Manifest, this market still resolves normally.
