We will only accept credible evidence reported by the mainstream media such as The New York Times, CNN, Huff Post, The Washington Post, The Economist etc. Rando Twitter "journalists" do not count.

I think there’s a pretty clear consensus that this guy’s a Nazi and white supremacist. Whether that was part of the motive for the shooting is irrelevant to this market now (even though I do think it is part of the motive). If expressing one’s views is not evidence of those views, then nothing is.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-65540412 quotes a Texas official.

Seems like enough for a YES resolution.
@TobyBW The Independent corroborates the same info: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/crime/texas-shooting-allen-mall-gunman-mauricio-garcia-b2335236.html
As does the New York Times: https://www.nytimes.com/article/texas-mall-shooting-allen.html
@johnleoks I believe this is enough, especially given the language of “we know he had a nazi ideation” from an official source.
@TobyBW Looks promising, however it doesn't hurt to wait longer and get an official police statement on the motive.
@johnleoks Sure, but I want to note that the question is not about motive for the shooting, just about evidence of his beliefs.
@TobyBW If the motive includes killing immigrants or eliminating the "inferior" race then that would certainly be in line with what we've seen so far.
tattoos + evidence linking him to them
i wouldn't resolve YES now because info is still coming out but i'd be very surprised if that wasn't convincing in two months
