@JelleBesseling Exactly what it means, talk to. Doesn't matter if its on stream or in person, as long as there is video evidence.

@johnleoks take a look at other markets and they are all very clear about this stuff in the description. Something like “this market will resolve YES if…” it’s good to be explicit

@JelleBesseling Being too explicit has its own problems. Some markets require little explanation, this is one of them. Video evidence of them talking is the criteria.
