To be clear, Trump doesn't have to do a complete 180 on his stance. Currently, he is more on the side of not providing Ukraine aid. If he changes his position to be more on the side of providing Ukraine aid, then this would resolve as a YES.
How do we know if he changes his stance sufficiently? Simple, we go by the concensus of the mainstream media such as NPR, CNN, Fox, MSNBC, Washington Post, The Times etc. If the majority of these reputable sources are saying that Trump is now mostly on the side of providing Ukraine with aid, then that is what I will base my decision on.

The election nears. It isn't upon us, but it nears, and in the absence of the creator being able to clarify for us, I'm going to interpret market close date as intended to be sufficiently near.
Trump has not changed his position on Ukraine aid, that I can tell, and the creator is inactive, so resolving NO.
@johnleoks does "as the election nears" imply a timeframe for this question longer than market close? Or was market close time at end of 2023 intended to be resolution time?
@SemioticRivalry Many such cases. Was just discussing on discord about the need for "mod rulings" that don't wait for market close, in the case of inactive creators.
