  2. On the other hand, based on the last canvassing operation, people will drop out/no show last minute so total sign up number will be lower than the actual number of people who end up showing up.

  3. Market resolves when Destiny or Sejin (main organizer) reveals on stream or in chat the total number of canvassers present in Georgia.
