@NYCASP claims to post twice daily, but often posts only once daily, and often does not post at all.
This question resolves to Yes if @NYCASP posts twice in reference to October 20th, 2023 (that is, if, between 10/17/2023 EDT and 10/22/2023 EDT, inclusive, it uses the string "October 20" in at least two distinct posts).
Otherwise, this question resolves to No.
