Given some basic SWE skills and some ML experience, what projects could one undertake in their 3-6 months time off work to increase their chance to be then employed as a ML Engineer.

He has accompanying github repos to all the mini-projects in this series and I find most fruitful to recreate this projects myself, when in doubt checking his versions code
