@sco GPT-4 Turbo is GPT-4, as indicated by the string "GPT-4" in its name. Therefore, it is not the successor to GPT-4. Further, the denotation of the word "will" precludes a thing that happened in the past. See also "released within 24 hours".

@jim You can just declare that it doesn't count, and @sco can request mod intervention if they think the market was misresolved. Such intervention is unlikely IMHO, market creators are not usually held to alternative* interpretations of their criteria when what they meant is pretty clear from context. There is no need to overthink it.
(*I say "alternative interpretations" instead of "literal interpretations" because it's rare for the interpretations people are arguing about to actually fit neatly along a line of "less literal" to "more literal" despite people's claims to the contrary, and even when they do you can usually get more literal still)
