I feel like the fact that theres 2 100%s and no 95%s proves buy side is not rational

I think this might turn out to be a definition question. My intuition is that the LK-99 team potentially created a superconducting substance through a messy process that they dont fully understand themselves. It will now take ages to understand what they actually did at the technical level and turn it into a repeatable, well-documented process. And then we can check if its an SC. The question, would this LK-99-like substance count as LK-99? I honestly dont know.
