@jcb can you clarify which lawsuit controls here?

the market links the arianna davis, crystal williams, and noelle rodriguez case, but the updates seem to be tracking the separate asha daniels lawsuit. that case ended in summary judgment for big grrrl big touring on september 1.

if the daniels case controls, “judgement in favor of defendants on all causes of action” seems like the right resolution, rather than “lawsuit dropped.” that seems most consistent with the stated criteria. if the linked dancers’ case controls instead, we should resolve n/a since the market and updates refer to different proceedings, rather than leave the market open.

Ruling on motions for summary judgement now expected August 14.

@jcb extend?

@prismatic thanks, and sorry for the delay. I've reopened through July 16; a ruling on motions for summary judgement is supposed to be coming by July 17.

Lizzo was dismissed as a defendant, but the lawsuit proceeds with Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc as remaining defendant. Extending market close for 3 months.

Extended close date since based on a quick search this appears to be ongoing.
