This market resolves NO if at the end of the game, cj13609517288 is first place (tied first place counts), and YES otherwise.

If I somehow miss the timing and do not make the game / start the game within a reasonable margin of the time declared above, I will resolve the market N/A.

I will not bet, for obvious reasons.
