Because Elon fired his comms department, there's no way to know for sure if they've raised it or not besides running an experiment. Not sure how to resolve this!

Unlike with the bigger ratelimit previously, people are still hitting it (search 'direct message limit'), so there's no obvious evidence it was raised, I don't see any claims it was raised. But I'm not sure anyone would notice if he raised it by 30%.

I still see complaints that people are hitting the rate limit and no anecdotal reports it was raised. anyone object to no?
