Destiny really only "debates" people who he obviously outclasses. There are people who strongly disagree with him and who could plausibly win against him in a direct confrontation, will he start debating them more?

It is subjective! Avi would be 'on his level' if they disagreed, experts in a field he disagrees with would count. Popular political figures mostly don't count. Ben Shapiro is about on the edge tbh, but it says 'regularly'
