Will Manifold send more than one reminder email to resolve markets by July?

Resolves YES if by the end of June, market creators are sent more than one email by the system to remind them to resolve their markets.
Seems like a small, simple way to help people avoid forgetting their markets. It doesn't always make sense because some markets have a different "close" date vs "resolution known" date, but maybe often enough to be a good thing to do?

@ahalekelly Do you mean if unresolved markets are mentioned in the newsletter, would that count as a reminder email? No:
- an ad-hoc mention in the newsletter is not "by the system" (any manual reminder email doesn't count, unless it's become a consistent procedure that happens to be sent manually)
- a YES requires that this happens for all markets that remain open going forward (a one-off reminder does not count)
- the author might not be subscribed to the newsletter, and anyway it's not a very good reminder even if they were
