Resolution details:

Example: if Manifold ends the charity donation program on December 1, and the program remains disabled for 60 days after that, resolves YES.

If direct donations of mana are not possible but mana can be redeemed for real money (which can then easily be sent to charity), that will not be sufficient to resolve YES.

This question is only about official Manifold features - peer-to-peer transactions do not count.
