Resolves YES if the count of alts that Isaac uses to resolve the market differs from the count of alts provided by a third party by more than 50. Otherwise NO.

  • I will resolve based on a third party that is honest and reliable in my best judgement. If anyone wishes to volunteer, please let me know. They are not required to be neutral in the market. If no third party count is available, resolves N/A.

  • If an exact count is not available but the third party is confident that the difference is less than 50, that is sufficient to resolve NO. For example, if somebody else (perhaps someone on team NO), whose judgement I deem reliable, looks over Isaac's list of alts and agrees that it's right or that there are few enough differences not to matter, that resolves NO.

  • Similarly, if an exact count is not available but the third party is confident that the difference is more than 50, that is sufficient to resolve YES.

  • Isaac stated "By the way, if anyone wants to volunteer to take over the determination of which accounts should be disqualified, I'm happy to outsource that to a neutral third party." If this happens, whatever count Isaac uses to resolve the market will be compared to the count provided by a third party that I deem reliable. It is quite likely they would be the same third party, in which case the difference would be zero.

Resolves NO as per the last criteria (Isaac delegated to third parties who I deem reliable)

@jack Now that the market is no longer going off of my judgement or that of the council, should this resolve N/A?

predicted NO

@IsaacKing I think the last criteria about if you delegate to a 3rd party still applies. So it would resolve NO.

This question was always intended to resolve based on whatever count was used to resolve the market, and to resolve NO if you delegated to a 3rd party I agree with.

My first thoughts on people to delegate to were you and Conflux. Conflux doesn't want the conflict of interest with their market on whether they think I resolved the market correctly, and if I infer correctly that you don't want to do it, I doubt there's anyone else I trust who'd be interested.

predicted NO

@IsaacKing Yeah, I don't want to volunteer to do the legwork of investigating the accounts. But I expect it won't be hard to check someone else's work to a sufficient extent that the confidence window on the number of alts is small enough that it wouldn't affect the resolution

I created this as a follow-up to this question: /MarcusAbramovitch/will-isaac-determine-that-more-than-dff1d03a0904

I think there is a nontrivial chance that someone creates a bunch of alt accounts (that everyone agrees are alts) to manipulate the above market and make it resolve YES. My question avoids this problem.
