I play the violin in a piano trio, and we've got a concert coming up this Sunday. The piece we are playing features two places where I have to blindly shift up and hit a high note. This market resolves YES if, during the performance, I play both of these notes well (that is, in tune and with solid sound). I can do this ~30% of the time currently. I will be practicing a lot beforehand, but given I have an AP the next day I will not be prioritizing practice. Otherwise resolves NO.

Update: I just performed the same piece twice again this weekend, and both times I hit the note that I had missed previously, so a bit of character development there!! (Missed the first high note the second time but shh)

The first one was fine but the second was a good semitone flat ;-;;;; doesn't help that I nailed all the practices before the concert
