It will vastly trim down features. There will be no in-app market creation. There will be a single toggle at the top right of the screen that switches between sweeps and play, showing only questions that have a sweeps-counterpart. Ideally the niche(s) it targets will have recurring, live content that offer opportunities to bet alongside the events. The current app/site will be Manifold Pro and the new app will be the new default Manifold app, so features that you love shouldn't go away.

what do you expect "emphasized" will look like? as in, a tab built into the app, or questions that manifold implicitly is encouraging? (i.e. would the current manifold pro have any topics that would count as "emphasized", or would you say that the current site isn't explicitly putting its finger on the scale but the new one will?)
@Ziddletwix Good question, sorry for not clarifying. I'm thinking that emphasizing a niche would look like a specially designed tab/page where there is work that was custom for that niche. E.g. on polymarket's sports tab they have live, soon, and NBA, NFL, tabs with custom logos that wouldn't work for say reality TV shows. We'd likely do the same for sports, making that an emphasized niche. I'm thinking for reality TVs we'd have similar live and soon tabs, but instead of NBA, NFL, it'd have the show/season names and the logo for the show. That would make reality tv emphasized.
