This market resolves to “Yes” if, before December 31st, 2025 at 23:59 WEST, verifiable evidence shows that at least one Hack Club member under the age of 13 has been removed from the Hack Club Slack workspace or had their Slack account deactivated by the Hack Club Slack organization, due to being under 13 and therefore not complying with the Hack Club Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions (https://hackclub.com/privacy-and-terms/

).

Valid evidence includes:
• A message from LYLA in #community-logs, or
• Community reports clearly confirming the removal or deactivation.

The following do not count:
• Self-deactivation or voluntary account deletion
• Users leaving the workspace on their own
• Ambiguous or unverifiable claims

Verification will be done to the best extent possible. Appeals may be submitted via DM to @lynn on the Hack Club Slack, and should include evidence demonstrating that the resolution was incorrect.

If no qualifying removal or deactivation is verified by the sources above, the market resolves to “No.”
