The "green cutoff" is the minimum score a student in 10th grade or below needs to achieve on USAMO to be invited to MOP (roughly top 12 scorers in ≤10th).
If some people decline and more invitations are sent out because of that, this will resolve based on the new cutoff. So, this will resolve a few days after the original emails are sent out.
