I ran my first marathon earlier this year and finished at 04:43.

I signed up for another marathon in October and am planning to train a lot more specifically for it.

I am a slow runner, I complete most longer training runs (whenever I don't specifically focus on speed) at roughly 6:30 min/km.

My best 10 km was 47:12 minutes and my best half marathon was
02:07.
