The Leader of Opposition is a position appointed by the chairperson of the largest party not in the governing alliance, if the party holds at least 10% of the seats in the Lok Sabha. This position has remained vacant in the 16th and 17th Lok Sabhas (formed after the 2014 and 2019 General Elections), as no opposition party has had enough seats.
This question resolves YES if after the formation of the (first) government in the 18th Lok Sabha, there is a Leader of Opposition, and NO otherwise. I may resolve early before the official appointment if the resolution is obvious.
