I will take the dates from "investing.com", if in 2025 will be a drawdown of 40% or more i will resolve for YES, otherwise i will resolve for NO.

@ikoukas @ChristopherRandles pinged the the creator 6 days ago with what seemed to me like a clear >40% drawdown during 2025. I resolved it YES. Is there an interpretation of the question where this would not resolve YES? If there's substantial disagreement/ambiguity I can unresolve & put it to a 3 mod panel.
and we can continue to ping @francescogiachettomena in case there is ambiguity here but they have been off the site for months so I think that is unlikely

Jan 17 intraday peak 439.74

March 4th intraday low 263.63
60% of 439.74 is 263.84 therefore fall is over 40% on this intraday basis.
Is that sufficient to resolve this yes?
@mods no reply to question 6 days ago.
Now it is much clearer with TSLA closing
17 Jan 428.22
10 March 222.15
is over 48% fall.
Resolve please.
I can't tell from the link how this works. Is it a 40% fall from the
Peak closing price to a later closing price, or
Peak intraday price to a later intraday price or
something else?
