Resolves to N/A if the leaderboards are removed instead of the accounts.

There are currently 3 leaderboards - top traders, top creators, and top referrers. This market is concerned only with what appears on the top traders leaderboard. The removal of both the accounts should be visible on the page, so any commit which is made but is not active in the production by close time will not qualify.

Historical: acc was not on the leaderboard for most of 2023, and then was suddenly there one day. When asked about this, the admins confirmed that this was unintentional and a bug, and that the house bot is not supposed to be on the leaderboard, and that they would remove it soon.
