I was planning on resolving after the question closed tonight - the phrasing of "within a week" was ambiguous as to whether I meant within one week of initial X post time or within 1 week of when I created the question, which was a few hours later - but I buy the argument that it should be closed now.

It's a pretty lame joke, especially since he won the bets he placed, but I doubt that Manifold will delete the tweet just because the joke was poor.

Doesn't seem likely to blow up in their face, either.
