After Stage 1 Tadej Pogacar is in the red jersey. If he is in the red jersey at the conclusion of each stage through the end of the race and is the final winner, resolves Yes. Otherwise, resolves No as soon as someone else is in the red jersey.

@Eliza From what I can tell, it should resolve as soon as tomorrow's stage starts with someone else in the red jersey. There's a potential technicality because Mas didn't put on the jersey on the podium after the stage so we should make sure it's a done deal.

Otherwise, resolves No as soon as someone else is in the red jersey.

So we can't quite resolve No yet. You see what I mean?
